Front cover image:
This image will be taken against a plain white background located outside so the image stands out. My model will be dressed in mostly black clothes to add to the rock feel of my magazine. In this image you will be able to see the top half of the model and they will be wearing a black top and a leather jacket. They will also pose by having their hands holding onto the top of their jacket and by having their head tilted upwards and slightly to the side, this will connote confidence. The lighting used will also be quite bright and the contrast between the black and the white in the image will be noticeable.
Contents page image:
This will be a full length image of the model so that we can see their full outfit. They will still be wearing the same leather jacket but we will now see shorts, ripped tights and boots. The location will now also have changed to against a brick wall. They will be posing leaning against the wall. The lighting will also have darkened a little from the front page.
Double page spread images:
This will be a small image with I will use to break up the text on my double page spread. My model will be making direct eye contact with the reader to grab their attention. The lighting will also be quite bright but not overpowering so that you can clearly see the model's facial features/expression. You will hardly see any background in the photo as it will be a close up of just the models face however, it will be taken against a plain background.
This will be a mid shot of the model and they will be making direct eye contact with the reader as they are going to be the main focus of the double page spread. The lighting will be quite bright as it will be shot in natural day light against a brick wall. The model's clothing and styling will have changed slightly from the front page image so all of my photos do not look exactly the same.
